Card for all initiative

Card for all initiative

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE CAMPAIGN :
·        Issuing Business Cards to blue collar employees
·        Improving Dignity of Labour
·        Unique identity for each employee
·        Reaching out as a brand to employees from the grass roots

Employees at Pearson Hardman, from the top level to the lowest level take pride in working for us, because here at Pearson Hardman, we believe in an office without boundaries and the concept of Employee Equality. Yet they could be discriminated, based on the jobs they are doing by those around them.

We pass by so many people each day who we never know beyond a glance. Their role, however insignificant and routine it may seem, does have an impact in the big picture. It definitely does make a difference. Each and every one of them make a difference and we believe that they have a right to know this and be proud of it. We aim to recognize all efforts put in by any employee regardless of the colour of their collar. Just as they say that no bad deed goes unpunished, our belief is that no good deed goes unrecognised.

With the issuance of business cards for the blue collar employees, we believe we can tackle this very problem, enabling them to take pride in their work thereby enforcing the concept of dignity of labour. We boost their morale and make them feel good about what they do.

The Card for everyone program gives each employee a unique identity within the firm and ensures that won’t end up being just another unknown, unrecognised face as is the case for almost all blue collar employees.
