CONFESSIONS BOOTH CAMPAIGN
As they say,
what happens in Pearson Hardman stays in Pearson Hardman – so, what if our
employees could share their thoughts about PH with full discretion? ‘Confessions’
is an art project that invites our employees to anonymously share their views and
ideas about the organisation and also see what their fellow employees think
from across the globe.
Our employees make who we are as an organisation. Thus, it is of
utmost importance to us what they think. Most employees are not upright and
straight forward or comfortable enough to talk about the organisation’s weaknesses.
So, this project was initiated with the intention of getting an insight into
what our employees thought about the work culture and what needs to be changed.
An insight into our strengths and weaknesses.
This is also
a great way to find solutions. A lot of our employees might be facing the same
issues. It reassures them that they are not the only ones facing problems and
also helps them find a combined solution.
We asked the
employees to list down one positive aspect and one challenging aspect about the
organisation, anonymously of course.
